The GoodGuides™ Youth Mentoring Program of Goodwill Omaha is designed to divert youth from the juvenile justice system and support them in making positive choices, contributing to the community, and exploring healthy career choices.

GoodGuides matches youth ages 14 to 17 with caring, accessible role models. We focus on recruiting young people who are at risk of delinquency. Our ultimate goals include reducing recidivism, addressing dropout rates and placing youth firmly on their next steps toward career success.

GoodGuides is part of a national initiative by Goodwill Industries International, funded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.
