In 2006, Goodwill Industries served a total of 6,857 participants with 2,598 finding employment.  For every dollar spent in the Employment and Training programs, $15.03 in purchasing power was created.  It is through your generous support that Goodwill Industries has been able to serve the disabled and disadvantaged for 74 years.

What will happen to Goodwill’s programs in the next 74 years? You can create a lasting gift to Goodwill and ensure their programs will continue in perpetuity.  The following are examples of planned giving opportunities.

Bequest:  Designate a percentage of your estate or a dollar amount to Goodwill Industries serving Eastern NE & Southwest IA.

Charitable Gift Annuity:  Designate the transfer of cash, securities or other assets to Goodwill Industries & receive guaranteed fixed income for life.

Charitable Trust: Designate the transfer of assets to a trust which pays income to you for a predetermined amount of time.  The principal then passes to Goodwill Industries when the amount of time is concluded.
